In collaboration with Swift Coffee, we bring you our washed Rwandan single-origin, Kivu Ntango, in a new format – as single-serve instant coffee packs! Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Swift Coffee uses their proprietary flash freeze method to lock in the flavor of the coffee after brewing it. This method allows for a much longer shelf life than other single serve methods and delivers a brilliant cup of coffee whenever and wherever you need it.

Simply add the contents of a sachet into your favorite mug, fill with 10oz of the liquid of your choice (hot or cold), stir, and enjoy. We think Kivu Ntango works nicely in this format, as it preserves the smooth fruit flavors while providing a rich, robust finish. One of the main advantages of this flash freeze method is the very low acidity compared to other specialty offerings.
