  • When do you roast and ship your coffee?

    We typically roast on Mondays & Tuesdays and ship orders out on Tuesday. Depending on order intake and levels of coffee inventory, we might ship some orders late in the week. We will always strive to ship orders within 3 days of roast. However, please note that we nitrogen flush all of our coffee bags to preserve freshness, which gives us a shelf life of 3 months. You can rest assure that you will receive fresh coffee ready to brew every time. We recommend you consume any bag of coffee within about 30 days, or preserve in a vacuum sealed container.

  • Do you offer ground coffee as an option?

    We roast and ship our coffee in whole bean. We want you to experience the coffee in its freshest form and we always recommend grinding your coffee just before brewing. We are more than happy to help you find the perfect grinder! If you have special circumstances and need your coffee ground then let us know in the notes section of your order form and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Can I modify my coffee subscription at any time?

    Absolutely!! We are here to serve you and give you complete control over your preferences. You can add a bag, skip a shipment, change the frequency, or even switch from a blend to single origins (Roaster’s Select). You can change your settings under your account login.   • What is your returns policy?

    We are happy to take back any merchandise or equipment within 30 days of purchase. It must be in original condition and in original packaging. We do not take back roasted coffee but if you are dissatisfied in any way with your coffee purchase, please let us know and we will do our utmost to address your concern.
